My HP Pavillion DV2000 won't turn on

Hello,

My laptop is plugged in and the blue light at the connection indicates it has power. However, when I push the power button nothing happens.

I've removed the battery (doesn't work anyway) and tried holding the power button for 60 seconds. Still won't turn on.

Any help is appreciated.
