i hv lost my yahoo mail password and alternative mail password many years ago. but i still get mail there. can u plz tell me how can i get my that mail back to me?

Hello,
I forgot my call barring code for my Vodafone. when i try to "cancel all call barring" it requests the call barring password. The problem persisted even after restoring factory settings. What can i do to reset this call barring code please?
