Hello balli,
Navigate to Control Panel and then nn Device manager point to "Universal serial bus controllers". There's a list of the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Make right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the pendrive and restart your system. During the start of the windows plug the USB drive in order to be recognized by Windows and the driver will be automatically installed.
Besides that, you could see Power settings of the USB hubs. They might be disabled.
