Hello,

Thank you for the report.

Can you explain the trouble you are experiencing?

Thanks for reply, yes i,m having strange things happen mostly with Google chrome. Like pages not loading and the main Google site i think is a fake...well almost sure it is. One more thing happens sometime is that my antivirus didn't start a few times and some icons would not open the program up. That has not happened in awhile like a week but the Google chrome happens all the time and im afraid it checking passwords and stuff. If you could help at all that would be nice. I have tried junk ware removal tool, Microsoft emergency response tool, RogueKillerX64, TDSS rootkit removal tool, Microsoft malicious software tool removal, Microsoft defender and finally Kaspersky. It found a few things but i got rid of what it detected. Running window 8. Any help or advice would be great. Thanks so much for your response Paul

Hi

Please follow these two steps:

AdwCleaner is a tool created specifically for disinfection of adware:
  • Download AdwCleaner (by Xplode) on the desktop.
  • Launch the program and click on Remove and for the scan to be completed. You may need to restart the computer after the scan.
  • Once the removal procedure is complete, a report will be generated.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a disinfection tool known for its effectiveness. It can help remove residue left behind after a scan with AdwCleaner, or handle other types of infections.
  • Download and install Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Make update (Click on the "Updates" tab and then "Search for updates").
  • Launch a full scan.
  • Once the scan is complete, click on "Show results".
  • Select all detected items (some are not checked by default) and click "Remove Selected". If prompted to restart the PC, accept!

Good luck and let me know
