Binkiland Desktop icons and taskbar gone

Hello,

So, I think I accidentally installed this browser called Binkiland. At first I was like, "ok, no biggie." But then, when I shut down the computer, turned it on again, all my desktop icons were gone and so is my taskbar. I can only open Ctrl+Alt+Delete. What should I do? Please help. I'm really freaking out here.
