Here is a link to a worksheet in Drop Box I believe does what you are thinking.

The yellow cells are input for the value of "Other" and for test data.
The first section pulls value of "other" from a column and either turns that value (Other) to text or brings over the value that wasn't "Other"
The second section does the same thing except it turns the values that were not "Other" to a blank.
