Hi there,

Could you give me some more details? Are you able to enter Windows? Do you get some error messages? If you enter Windows, do you have the mouse active on the black screen. I recommend you to check if the problem persists even in Safe Mode. From the Advanced Boot Menu, try using the Last Known Good Configuration.

Hope this helps

You do not have the mouse active on the black screen? When booting, can you see at least the manufacturer's logo on the screen or it is completely black, from the moment you press the power button? If everything works well on another monitor, the problem might be related to a cable issue. If entering BIOS is not possible, I recommend you to check the laptop's manual and reset BIOS by removing the CMOS battery.

No, i can't see anything on screen , no mouse , no logo nothing. when i press the screen brightness button , i can see that the brightness of screen is increasing but picture is not showing. Its work well on another moniter ,but not on own laptop screen.
