Hello,
I have a Dell XPS with factory installed XP. I have an extensive ITunes Library. I backed up my library on DVD-R, reformatted my hard-drive and made a clean install of Vista (Home Premium)
I have been unable to reload my library! Vista will not read my DVD-R, it just clicks along for about five minutes, then nothing.
I really don't want to lose my Library of music (along with all of the purchased music and video)
Can you help me out?

hi,
try to open the CD in another computer, if it opens the CD, then you may try to put all the in another CD or hard drive.
then you may copy them in your computer.
