Screen sensitivity

I have a galaxy s4 mini I am trying to make my screen touch more sensitive but I go to settings, display and it doesn't give me that option. Any other ideas? My screen is lagging to the touch. Thanks

You probably have too many apps running in the background and the processor can't keep up. It's not going to be fixed by changing the "sensitivity".
