My computer won't let me do anything at all!

Hello, I need help. Idk what happened but on my hp stream 14 notebook, running windows 8.1, nothing works. I can't open files, I can't change any settings. My ram says it's only 1gb and fully used. When it's 2gb and yesturday it said I have 1gb free. I can't factory reset I get a code 0x80070057. I can't open internet explore. I can't run as administrator. I can't do anything but browse the the files window and turn the computer on/off. I need help !!!! Please.

It started off with not having disk space. Then files went weird. I tried to reset to factory settings. And I got error code. I tried some suggestions online and now I'm not able to do anything. I have no control of anything. There a rare time when I can get chrome to open, but then it fills with random letters and ads and crashes. I've ran an anti-virus. It says the computer is clean.

Looks like you have a bad virus.
Can you boot in safe mode with networking?

No I can't. If I click anything in update and recovery I get an error code. I've even tried command prompt reset
