The 'save to' desk top option is not working

Hello, the Desktop option no longer shows up when I try to save anything.

which browser are using
  • Internet explorer.
  • firefox
  • chrome
  • other

and please give us the version

Sorry, I'm 'tech-y' challenged. All I can tell you is that I use Chrome. I was FORCED to use Explorer to set up an account with my bank, and that's when the trouble began.
