Hello,
I couldn't install the game, when i run the autorun application it asks cd or dvd to be inserted in game file downloaded drive instead of asking product key to install the game
how to i correct this error

Install your game disc in the Origin client
Log in to the Origin client.
Click Origin in the menu bar and select Redeem Product Code.
Enter your game code and click Next.
Close the code redemption window.
Insert your game disc into your computer’s disc drive.
Click Install on the game installation pop-up window.
Follow any prompts to install your game.
