F:\ is not accessible. access is denied

Hello,


i cant open any usb in my laptop,
i have tried to change permission on regedit but nothing seems worked. it always said "unable to save permissions, access is denied"
i have tried to disable the usb state in the local group policy editor as well, but still it doesnt worked.

a while ago my lil sister did something that made it all like this, she said that she read it on the manual regarding a disk recovery.

can you all help me with this? thank you..
