Blue screen error

Hello, my pc with windows 8.1 starts showing an blue screen with a error message... i had tried all the solving methods but no method worked yet can you please give a exact solution for this problem

It was showing that "your pc ran into a problem, we are gathering the error and we will restart it to you"
