Hi Raees,
Could you give me some more details? Do you get some image on screen? Are you able to enter BIOS and do you hear the initial beep sound? How did you confirm that the motherboard is working properly? I recommend you to disconnect y reconnect RAM memory and peripherals. If you have two memory sticks, try booting with one. You may be having problems with your power supply. Try using another one.
