Type the Service Tag of ur computer http://support.euro.dell.com/support/topics/topic.aspx/emea/shared/support/root/identifyyoursystem?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs&~mode=popup then click Go
Download the driver of ur audio device then run it.
