Shortcut virus on pen drive

Hello,
my name is Iarap . i have a shortcut virus in my pen drive but when when i clean it in my friend window 7 laptop it is clean but when i insert it again in my window 7 laptop again the shortcut is there . and i tyr to clean it with cmd prompt it would not clean. Help me please

# Download USB Fix
  • It will launch automatically, and a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
  • Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, external drives, etc...) Do not open them.
  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow :

Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will loose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analysed and infected elements are displayed.

Hello,
I hav a sandisk cruzer blade 16 gb thumbdrive,i don knw suddenly wht ahappened to it,now its not at being recognised on my system or elswhere..pls help me as I hav lot of data on it...i m even unable to formate it bcz whn I press right click n press on format it wont take the comand at alll.. its not taking any command, in if plugin into USB it shows as "removable disc" but not with name whn I click on properties it does not show availbale space n says this device is working properly..
Pls help me to atleast format it show that I can use it further...

Hello,

Following the advise in https://ccm.net/computing/windows/1469-show-hidden-files-on-windows/, I was not able to wipe the attributes of my files. Access was denied.

Is there anything else I can do to regain control of my files. I have a DVD recorder that records in .MP4, but I can only access (see) the files from the recorder. My computer shows the files (when I connect the HDD to the PC) but I cannot run any of them, nor can I copy or move them onto my computer.

I would like to clear the HDD of files and place them on my PC and watch them from there, but so far I have not been successful.

HP 32 GB Pen Drive "Write Protected" error

Hello,

I am using a HP V220W 32 GB pen drive. It shows "the device is write protected" error/message when I attempt to format it. I have tried both, command prompt as well as regedit method but the problem is still the same. I also tried downloading U-fix II/III but that is also not working.

Please help. Thanks.
