Suddenly FB not allowing my 7 years old username

Hi all
I came across strange problem Suddenly I cant log in at facebook I have 7 yeras old account with my own original name and surname , I use to interact with my family friends and interaction with my fellow expats etc Now today suddenly they didnt accept my login and ask me to change my username with valid copy of my IDs
How do I overcome this strange problem ,,How secure is to give my ID copies to FB Team ?

Thanks for the reply,i have tried all the above mentioned procedures but I cant login.I have access to my email and getting notification about friends posts etc but I cant login.Whenver I give the paßsword I get the message 'first we will take a look at your documents and will let you know as soon as we make a decision'
I m very worried about my account and dont know where to contact facebook team

No ambuciss I have never submitted any document.My account is private and mostly used for family and friends interaction have around 200 freinds and few cooking related groups...thats all

Yeah..i have passed through with the same problem.
But now its solved..
You just have to give the answers of FB security questions.

THanks Ocean for the reply , meanwhile I have changed my password twice , I can still change my password but Facebook is not allowing me to log in , whenever I try to log in I get the message ''We'll take a look at your documents and will let you know as soon as we've made a decision.''

Finally issue is resolved my Facebook account is accessible now. I have submitted my residence permit for verification of my name and DOB

THey send me one form

You let a 7 year old access Facebook?

Facebook's rules state that you must be 13 or older to register.

It took around 40 hrs to get back my account FB team contacted 5 times in total.They were two sepatate teams may be because of different time zone.First I submitted random documents like ticket booking etc,which they did not accepted and then I submitted valid ID and within minutes my account was back
