Blackscreen

when i turn on my laptop i can put in my pasword then i go to my desktop the screen is black
the task bar is there and the cursor is there but no icons
i cant click on the task bar its froze
and when the screen comes to after about 5 mins the screen is covered with kodak picture shortcuts
but it just started doing this when i put my kodak memory card in the computer
and shut the laptop without shutting it down by accident

hi,
this may be due to a virus.
try to run safe mode by pressing F8 at start up before the windows logo screen.
when in safe mode, try to go to the internet to download an anti-virus, update it and scan your computer with iot.
this should remove all the threats in your drive.
then you may log on normally.
