hello;
depending on your saying i believe its the capacitors which are components inside your phone that should hold electrical charges and in your case they are damaged and leaking charges. that's why your phone gets hot and finishes battery quickly.
So as to the solution:- if you have some experience in opening phone or any other electronics, just trace down those capacitors with Multi Meter and remove them.
If not you need to take it to a technician before it gets messed up and add more damage to your phone!!.
