Hello,
It depends on the operating system of your mobile phone (or smartphone)
- For Android : You can make a Wi-fi hotspot. In this case, you connect to the Wifi hotspot of your smartphone to surf via 3G, 4G, Edge, ... of your smartphone.

- iOS (iPhone, iPad, ...) : You can also make a Wi-fi hotspot.

- For an old GSM with bluetooth technology, it is possible to use your mobile phone as a modem by connecting via Bluetooth. In this case, you need a Bluetooth adapter compatible with your mobile phone (Bluetooth version) and your ordinauteur (drivers available for your version of Windows).
