8 GB Ram 3.30 Usable

I Have 2 sticks Of 4 GB Dyent Ram For Which Aggregate Is Shown is 8 GB (3.30 Usable). I Have Tried Msconfig > Uncheck Memory box And Memory Remapping Feature Both Didn't Help At All.

My Specs

Intel H55 Motherboard
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540
Graphic Card - GTX 610
Operating System - Windows 8.1 (x64 bit)

One of the stick could be damaged. Try one of the time to see which one.
