I Have 2 sticks Of 4 GB Dyent Ram For Which Aggregate Is Shown is 8 GB (3.30 Usable). I Have Tried Msconfig > Uncheck Memory box And Memory Remapping Feature Both Didn't Help At All.

My Specs

Intel H55 Motherboard
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540
Graphic Card - GTX 610
Operating System - Windows 8.1 (x64 bit)

8.00 gb (5.95 gb usable)
I have 4gb ram but only 2gb usable android ✓ - Hardware Forum
No usable free extent could be found. it may be that there is insufficient ✓ - Recovery software Forum
RAM 2GB installed 4GB usable ✓ - Hardware Forum
Have 8gb ram but only 6.95 is usable - CPU & Desktop Forum

One of the stick could be damaged. Try one of the time to see which one.
