PLEASE HELP! SEARCHING 5h FOR HELP :'((

So i bought WD My Passport Ultra 500GB... I connected to pc, but its not showing in My computer! And its weird, couse in "Devices and Printers" it shows my WD without any yellow marking or smth.. Then in "Device Manager" shows this device under other devices without any problem (no yellow "?"). But in Computer Managment and under Disk management theres nothing! Like rlly, there is disk 0 mounted to C:/ and it has 931GB, but below that, disk 1, disk 2... is emty, not showing any storage! HELP PLEASE :'(((

can you please post the image of your disk management?..
I think one of it is cd-rom,
