WD passport not appearing on any computer Closed

Question

Hi my WD passport not working or not showing any data on it. Non of the computer could read the files, passport just making a 'clicking' noise. The LED light keep blinking for couple of minutes. When I use the right click only shows 4 options,
if i right click there only i got 4 sub content 1,eject 
2, create shortcut 
3, trouble shoot 
4.properties 

Please help me to fix it, otherwise I will lose lots of information which is really important for me.

Hi Shawn,

I am sorry about the problem you are facing. Unfortunately those clicking sound are not a good sign. They could indicate a mechanical issue. Search for the drive in Disk Management. Check its file format. Is it RAW? Sadly, there are not many options left if the issue is mechanical. I would use a Linux Live CD, because it may grant you access to your data. If the information on the drive is really important, contact a data recovery company and check their suggestions.
