Just went to install the 20150204 NIGHTLY on my M7. The OS loads, but about 20 seconds in, the phone freezes and then crashes. I am trying to get an older ROM on to the phone, but TWRP will not let me do the ABD sideloader. What is the best way to get the new ROM onto the phone and then go through the install gain? With ADB Push not available, what do I use. And my zip archive writes error after unpacking. What do I do this it ?

It bears pointing out that the regular ZIP command in the Info-ZIP distribution has an -F option to attempt to repair broken archives.

Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, WinRAR has done an excellent job in recovering files from damaged archives. I can usually recover 90%+ of the files.
