I am having problem connecting to any websites, Please help.

Hello, I have laptop, ASUS i7 VIVO touch and i cannot browse any websites.
When i connect to my wifi, it connects and says internet access but when i open any browsers, it loads for awhile and it says unable to connect to the proxy server and when i check my wireless properties, IPv4 Connectivity says "Internet" whereas IPv6 Connectivity says "No Internet access"
but i can connect thru my other laptop and i can browse any websites
Please help, Thank You....

You might have a problem with malware and a proxy server. I suggest you try this:
