Hello, A few days ago I had msg from fb asking me to fill in my online name for security reasons.. now when I try to log in I get the same message and nothing happens. I have filled in numerous reports but get no answer.. I need this account

If you have already contacted them, then be patient as if you take your problem, and multiple it by the over million some odd subscribers. Now lets look at 1% of them having having issues, that is 10,000 with a problem! how long will it take to fix 10,000 problems. More than a couple of hours!
