Just set up a new wireless network.
Nokia lumia 830 windows 8 phone works instantly with access to internet. Currently using the phone as a hotspot.
2 HP laptops get the same icon: limited connection NO INTERNET ACCESS
access to webpage shows error : DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET_ACCESS
I've set up home wireless networks like 10 times before and never encountered this problem.
Tried a dns flush. tried restarting everything multiple times. Disabling firewalls.
nothing has worked yet. Both laptops running win 8.1
Any ideas??
