Hello,
i am using xp 32 bit operating system

i was scanning my computer with total security 365, mean while power failure occured , when power came i started my computer what i see is blank desktop no icons, no taskbar,
i tried to trouble with task manager their i clicked the process tab under process tab i did not find explorer.exe. where i have to check? and how to reboot the computer safely
