Computer screen is black after start

Hello, i m back after two year at my home nd check my computer .. when i start it demand for power saver mode . Nd after pressing power button of CPU nd then CPU beeps for 15 sec. nd screen shows black itself..... tell me what to do ??

Did you tell me how may beeps you got?
Did you hear fan spinning sound inside the cpu?
It is better to reply us whether the problem is resolved or not!

It beep 9 times . Nd no sound of moving fan in cpu . Screen show a box which running slowly everywhere at screen .it shows a information which is "No VGA Cable"

Generally,

9 Beeps - ROM BIOS Checksum Failure
Replace ROM BIOS, troubleshoot motherboard.

Try to remove the cmos battery out and try to replace it again!
