put quite simply GTA4 requires online activation which is clearly stated on the box...
just click on the setup file in dics 1 folder.
your installation process will be complete after some time
now, for the first time you play you willneed a serial code which can be found in your user manual
if you do not have a net connection then the activation wizard will lead you to offline activator,where you will have to type the unlock code and the product key
if this step doesnt work then go to an internet cafe and download crack files for gta 4 then copy it and take it to your pc andmove it to the gta 4 folder
game is ready to be played
