Hi
GMail accounts don't get disabled by viruses.
When was the last time you successfully accessed your account?

I got an email and opened it and clicked the link and it was a virus. The virus emailed my entire network. I went to log into my gmail email ***@*** and I got the message "your account has been disabled".. and now I can not access my emails.

I see, Gmail is in the opinion that you are an unsecured client who could put others at risks. In a way, they are correct because you opened the virused e-mail.
In my opinion, even if you appeal to Gmail, they will not re-enable your account as other infected mails may be sent to and from it.
I suggest you try opening another account.
Good luck
