Hello
When was the last time you successfully accessed your account?
If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.
Sorry but your account no longer exist.
I suggest you create a new one.
P.S. To make sure, ask someone you know to send you an e-mail, if they get an error, you can be certain your account is no longer in service.

My mother in law is currently using it, every day, but she can access only from here iPad where the password is automatically inside. She only has to click the "mail" icon to get in the mails, read and write emails, even to me. So the email adress is definitively active.
The problem will happen if the iPad get lost, get brocken, or simply if she wants to access from another computer...
Thanks
