I can't log in my fb

Hello, i can't log n to my fb.last 5 days ago my fb logged out automatically then i logged.When i logged in the fb said my fb name needed to comfirm.So i pressed get started and i filled my fist name and last name.The fb sever attached my birthday certificate or passport.But i attached my photo.now whn i log in to my fb,i can't log in and i receive the fact that fb check that i sumitted and get back it to me.but i can't still log in.where do i resumit.plz help me
