Photoshop CC Lighting effects

Hello,


I have a problem that each time I try to use lighting effects it till me that no enough ram for that, how ever I have 16 Gb ram and I allow photoshop to use them all in the performance.
what can I do ?

It is possible what you are rendering requires more. I have seen 96GB of RAM choke on 3D rendering!

I have said it once, I will say it again. IT!

it is just a normal pic
even I tried it o a solid blank background and it say the same

There is probably a bug in your PS. I suggest you reinstall it.
