No effects button on TikTok Live screen.

Hello, I was wondering why I don’t have an effects button when I go to make a live video. I have the latest version and a iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can see on my wife’s phone where the button should be but it’s nowhere for me, have searched through everything. Any ideas?

Same issue for me. I’ve asked tiktok many times but don’t get a response.

Update: we both got new iPhone 13’s and the same problem exists. Went through every setting possible. No effects button on “live” screen
