in step 3 i could find " DWORD(64-bit) Value for 64-bit Operating System " instead there is QWORD(64-bit) Value for 64-bit Operating System
and value data already appers 0 ... and pendrive not formated .. help

and i have 64 bit opprating system

Then the drive controller has probably failed and you will need to replace the pen drive.
