How to remove cfsdaacdfawd folder in my usb

Hello,

I have used the attrib... command in cmd and the unhidden files and folders technique in foler options. but still there is a folder named cfsdaacdfawd which is making shortcuts in my usb.It is not even getting deleted. Pls help me to un shrtcut my files. please!!!
