Username and password

hello there
when i log in the view work group computer then i connect server from my computer it asked username and password but i want to remove it but i didn`t have password in my computer so what is the solution?

some people go
computer management
local users and.........

i want to remove username and password

we are using windows xp sp3
and all client computer have same OS
