Hi,
My dell computer inspiron 3521 is failing to boot. It is showing that there is no device found. I did a diagnosis test, and it showed that I will have to update my BIO. My question is how can I resolve this problem.

I suspect you need a new hard disk and not a BIOS update.

Since a failed BIOS update will destroy you computer I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at the computer.
