Hello, i know my mail id and password but i can not sine in account they say your mail id verification but i m sign in with a single-use code they cant send me verification code on my mobile.

You talk about 2 step verification?
If so what about your alternate mail id?
Did you provide this mobile no. during verification or any other number?
