Hello,
I'm trying to use conditional formatting in excel 2010 where if the data in column D is 'In Progress' and the data in column N is a % between 0.01 and 20 then it highlights the data in column N orange to highlight that the budget is getting close to being used up.
Can't quite work it out....any idea's?

Hi mp,
Try this:
=AND($D2="In Progress",$N2>=0.01,$N2<=20)
Or if you have you percentage column like 0.01% and 20% then try this:
=AND($D2="In Progress",$N2>=0.0001,$N2<=0.2)
Best regards,
Trowa
