Keys not working

Hello,

I have acer v5 571 laptop.some of its keys like end delete enter 8 stops working and some times they starts working for 1 or 2 hours and then again stops working.Is it a hardware or software problem? What to do?

Is it possible to test using an external USB keyboard?

That way you can determine if it's a hardware problem. 95% of these type problems are cause by a failed keyboard.
