I need to edit the email and phone number on Facebook can't access. My account cause I no longer have that phone

Recover Lost Facebook password, follow these guidelines:
  • Go to the Facebook Login Page.
  • Check your Email ID and it should be correct for your Facebook account
  • Choose retrieval option.
  • Set your Facebook password to the same as email account.
  • Create new Password.

must I do it from a desktop. it's giving me two choices. create or help center

it only gives me two options help center or create. or must I do it from lab top
