Hello,
My Wifi is not turning on either by fn key or via option in wifi settings. I have hp 630 notebook pc. WiFi suddenly stopped working around 1 month ago then I waited for windows 10 thinking that it might resolve the problem but it isn't. I have already tried that removing driver from device manager and enabling wifi in network setting. On troubleshooting it shows that turn on your wireless capability. Please help.

Perhaps you should buy a USB wifi adapter and bypass the internal hardware.
