Restarting the pc

Hello,

My laptop is hp. i was installing updates and suddenly while restarting ,the laptop stucks in the middle and now it is not starting. it is continously showing the message "We couldnt complete ur updates. Undoing Changes.dont turn off ur computer".. i had waited for a whole day.. what might be d prblm and how to tackle it??

You have no choice but to restart the computer. I suggest a forced shutdown by pressing and holding down the power button until it shuts down.
