Power on/ off in few seconds

Hello,
Gateway GT 5654 powers on then off after a few seconds. Unable to run in safe mode, unable to use sys repair disk computer shuts off to quickly. Tried removing/putting back CMOS battery, tried disconnecting power switch, computer stayed on a little longer then shut off. Any suggestion.

This behavior suggests a hardware problem best diagnosed by a PC Tech with access to the laptop.
You will probably need to spend $100 just for the diagnostic.
