Pc not detecting mouse and keyboard

Hello,
I have a problem with my pc not detecting mouse and keyboard unless and untill i press f2 and reboot how can i come out of this additional booting every time star my system.(system config:)

without press F2 what happen?
After pressing F2 which screen you got?
