Can't get a Facebook account.

Hello,
My name is Jane Parra.I have been trying to get a Facebook account with no luck
.Keeps saying my account is disabled,how can that be,I have never had one.There's a phone number that comes up that isn't mine. 470 217-****.can you check out this number and see who it belongs to? Maybe this person has the same signon as me and that's why it rejects me.My phone # is 706_367_**** in Jackson Co. Ga.The 470 area code is in Barrow Co. Ga.Thank you in advance for any help you might be in clearing this matter up so I will be able to open my account.

P.S While trying ,I got as far as going to E-Mail to confirm! My account but the buck stopped there,again it said my account was disabled.
