Copying cell information

Hello,
I would like to copy + add up the numbers in the cells. However when I change the filters, the numbers brought through change. The information is in the same file it is just on separate tab/sheet.
The example is below.
='TA 2015-16'!AI5+'BP 2015-16'!AI5+'RP 2015-16'!AI5

Please help, I would be very grateful for any suggestions.
